Frozen Berries

Wild blueberries (small ones) from Nova Scotia; individually flash frozen in 2.0 kg. bags

Cultivated cranberries from Nova Scotia in 2.0 kg. bag

Cookbooks in English only by Fern Walker:

Blueberry cookbook, "Basically Blue"

Cranberry cookbook, “Celebrating Cranberries”

PRICES

$24 – 2.0 kg. bag / blueberries

$18 - 2.0 kg bag / cranberries

$12 for each cookbook

ORDERING PROCESS

Please send in your order orders electronically to berries.ccc@gmail.com.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made either by postal mail or electronic transfer.

Details will be provided once we have received your order.

Note:         Payment must arrive by the order deadline.

PICK-UP

St. Basil’s Catholic Church, 899 Maitland Avenue, immediately north of The Queensway.

Saturday, April 20, 2024 between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.

Since the delivery is later in the season this year, we recommend that you plan to pick up your orders as early as possible, in case the weather is mild, so that the berries don’t start to thaw.

PICK-UP PROCEDURE

To make for a smooth and quick pick up, you are requested to report to the check-in station BEFORE having your order filled.

An index card with the order will be issued, which is then presented to the frozen folks who are responsible for filling your order.

The berries are delicious and extremely nutritious, and the cookbooks are chock full of a wide variety of recipes to tempt you and your family. We have baked and sampled many recipes from these books and agree they are quite splendid!

We look forward to filling your freezers with tasty berries and your cookbook shelf with dozens of ways to conjure up some lovely nibblies with these very berries.
