Our concert series of music chosen by Choir members continues with an evening of songs with a focus on the season: cold and ice, winter solstice, and plenty of Christmas.

Songs of the Spirit
An afternoon concert of inspiring works, from the contemplative chants of Hildegard von Bingen (11th century) to rousing settings of spirituals by Moses Hogan and Stacey V. Gibbs, and music by Maurice Duruflé, Ēriks Ešenvalds and Christopher Tin.

May 2026
To Life!
A special concert featuring the premiere of a commissioned work by Canadian composer Christine Donkin based on poetry by Wendy McLean, and Dan Forrest’s Requiem for the Living. With guest soloists and full orchestra.

Subscription tickets (for all 3 concerts) are to be picked up at the subscription desk at the first concert (December 16, 2025). Any subscription tickets not picked up at that time will be mailed out after the concert.
