Riser Rentals

For its performances, the Choir uses a set of risers. The risers may be rented by other organizations in the Ottawa area.

There are 5 sections of risers, each with 4 rows, which measure 8’8” deep x 28’ wide when all sections are assembled in a curve. They can be assembled in a variety of ways. The risers include side and back guard rails. They hold about 75-100 people when 1 row of people stands on the floor. This varies based on the size of the people and the spacing.

The risers are stored on 2 carts with wheels. The carts are each 6.3 ' long, 2.3 ' deep, and 4.6 ' high.

The cost to rent them is $250 (including the dress rehearsal and concert). They must be moved using a professional moving company of your choice, at your expense. However, if your performance is at the location where they are stored (currently at Trinity Anglican Church), there is no moving cost.
